Jim Lubinsky, Licensed REALTOR (Ohio Broker License on deposit)

Jim completed his undergraduate studies in marketing at John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and received his MBA in management from Cleveland State University.  His eighteen years of banking experience provides him with a well-rounded financial background and experience in organizational planning and marketing skills.  Jim´s introduction to real estate came in 1988 when he joined a friend in residential land development to market new, upscale subdivision lots and architectural services to home builders and individuals.  After obtaining a real estate license in 1989, Jim began to focus his marketing and management skills on real estate and obtained the distinction of Columbus Board of Realtor´s $1 million club in 1991, $5 million club in 1994, $10 million club in 1998 and $25 million club in 1999.

Carlton Shaffer, Licensed Assistant

Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Carlton graduated from Ohio State University in 2002 with a degree in mechanical engineering.  He spent a number of years supervising new construction of residential homes and moved on to become a project manager in the construction of commercial properties.  Carlton soon came to realize his passion would be better served in real estate consulting.  Through his past work experiences he can provide additional representation, guidance and insight throughout the home buying process.  His overall mission is to find creative solutions for buyers and sellers.  Carlton joined the Lubinsky Team in December 2009.

Cindy Jakupcin, Licensed Assistant

Cindy graduated from Youngstown State University with a BAS in Exercise Physiology and also has an Associates Degree in Business.  Cindy spent 10 years in recruiting, where she was frequently featured in the Women in Business section of the Dispatch.  During this time, she became very familiar with commerce and how it affects Columbus and surrounding suburbs.  In her spare time, Cindy works with High School athletes creating fitness plans for their specific goals.  Cindy’s past experiences have always revolved around keeping clients’ interests first and building a plan around those interests. Her decision to become a real estate agent incorporates those values gained along the way.  Cindy joined the Lubinsky Team in January 2011, where she has become Rookie of the Year for 2011.

Pat Lubinsky, Business Manager

Pat received an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science from Dyke Spencerian College in Cleveland.  She has held positions with a Cleveland law firm, two Ohio school districts and most recently the Ohio School Boards Association.  Pat officially joined The Lubinsky Team in July 1998.

Debi Suver, Marketing Assistant

Debi received her Associates of Arts degree from Columbus State in 1999 and continued her education at Otterbein College. She has two years experience in banking and six years of mortgage finance experience.  Debi originally joined the Lubinsky team in July 2003 and has recently rejoined us.
